Hi, I’m the owner of Mexihanas Hibachi Grill, and I’m excited to share how this restaurant came to life. Growing up, my family loved food — not just eating it, but making it together. We blended recipes from our Mexican roots with flavors we discovered from Japanese hibachi, and it quickly became something special.
The Inspiration Behind Our Menu
Mexihanas was born from that idea — mixing bold Mexican spices with the smoky, grilled flavors of Japanese hibachi. I wanted to bring something new to Long Beach, a place where two rich food cultures could meet on one plate. Every dish we serve reflects that mix, made fresh every time you order.
